1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
2. Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
3. Refunds
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Customers may be required to bear shipping charges for exchanges.
