1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

3. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchange

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Customers may be required to bear shipping charges for exchanges.
